Award winning firm to open branch in Norwich
Times 100 Best Companies winner and Gold Standard Investors in people Swanstaff Recruitment open a new branch in Norwich on 7th September.
Initially the branch, which will be based at The Royal, Bank Plain, will focus on the industrial, driving and healthcare sectors, where the company has seen a significant increase in demand over the last 12 months. It will also provide sector-specific training to candidates through an internal programme, ensuring skills and compliance requirements are met and up to date. Swanstaff hope to provide work to more than 300 people in the Norwich area within their first 12 months of operation.
Stephen Rogers, Managing Director of Swanstaff Recruitment, said: “Our new office in Norwich is integral to our company’s high growth strategy and our goal of 100 high street branches by 2023 within the UK. This is our 20th branch and the 5th to open this year. We are excited to be moving into the area and look forward to introducing our brand and services to the people of the community”.

The introduction of Swanstaff to the area will aid the existing downward trend in unemployment rates in Norwich, which have been significantly declining over the past 2 years, falling from 4.5% to 2.1% from June 2013 to June 2015.
